Fair Street Advisors, a Guilford-based wealth management firm with $233 million in assets under management, has joined Integrated Partners, a national financial planning and investment advisory firm headquartered in Boston.
Under the deal, announced Wednesday, Fair Street founder and Managing Partner Vincent Esposito and his team will join Integrated Partners, which oversees more than $23.8 billion in assets under advisement. Partner Connor Dolan and client service administrator Rebecca Stakelum will also join the firm.
Fair Street serves high-net-worth individuals and families seeking investment guidance and financial planning. Esposito said the firm sought a partner with the infrastructure and resources to support increasingly complex client needs.
“Joining Integrated allows us to build the business we envision without sacrificing who we are,” Esposito said. “The firm’s culture and depth of resources give us the tools to better serve our clients today, while positioning our practice for sustainable growth.”
