Dr. Claudia Gruss was inaugurated the 180th president of the Connecticut State Medical Society.
Gruss, a Wilton-based gastroenterologist at the Western Connecticut Medical Group, succeeds 179th Connecticut State Medical Society President Dr. Steven Thornquist.
