Growth goals behind college name change

The International College of Hospitality Management in Suffield has successfully applied to change its name to Clemens College, in honor of Samuel Clemens. The name change is part of the college’s focus on additional degree programs, which includes the only culinary arts degree offered in the state. The college will aggressively market the new name and focus on doubling enrollment by the end of 2008.
