Tom Grottke and Mark Shaw were both hired as managing directors in performance consulting at the Hartford office of Crowe LLP, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm.
Grottke will work as a lead advisor, delivering strategic services, enterprise projects, organization and business process reviews, and change management.
Shaw will provide performance and technology services to financial institutions.
