New York’s Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc., one of the Hartford area’s leading commercial landlords, said its third-quarter revenue fell $4.3 million to $8.2 million.
The company lost $929,000 during the three months ended Aug. 31. That compares to a profit of $1.9 million during the same quarter a year ago.
The company attributed the decline to higher product, delivery and interest costs.
