Connecticut landlord Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc. has seated board member Jonathan P. “Jon” May to its audit committee, a regulatory filing says.
May, former CEO of the Arby’s fast-food chain and currently is chief operating officer, chief financial officer and a director of Britain’s The CarbonNeutral Co, was seated Jan. 22 on the committee, according to Griffin’s latest 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He joined Griffin’s board expanded, six-member board last September as an independent director.
