New York landlord Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc., which has major operations and land holdings in Connecticut, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share to be paid Sept. 3 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 26.
In addition to its Bloomfield-based Griffin Land division, the company runs a landscape nursery distribution business, Shemin Nurseries Inc. in Danbury.
