Griffin Land declares dividend

Griffin Land & Nurseries Inc., with operations in Bloomfield and Danbury, declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 10 cents a share. The dividend will be paid on Dec. 8 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 1.
