Amid challenges facing the state from Monday’s snowy weather, its main online network switch came down shortly after 10 a.m. but was restored around lunchtime.
In an email statement, state Department of Administrative Services spokesman Jeff Beckham, said, “We were aware of the problem immediately. We are working to determine the root cause of the disruption.”
No further details were immediately available.
