Greenwich restaurant property with six apartments sells for $5.87M

A restaurant property with six apartments above it in Greenwich has sold for $5.87 million, according to a listing broker for the deal.

William Pitt Sotheby’s Realty has confirmed that John Manocherian has bought the 7,281-square-foot, three-story building at 337-339 Greenwich Ave., from Revivo Realty Corp., owned by John Curreri.

The first floor is home to French cafe Bistro V, said Lena Rivera, a real estate agent with the firm’s Stamford office.

Manocherian, the buyer, is a member of the Manocherian family, which owns prominent New York-based real estate firm Manocherian Brothers.

The property, which was built in 1914, was assessed at $2.97 million and appraised at $4.24 million in 2024, according to property records.

Revivo Realty bought the property for $4.35 million in 2019 from Schiano Property LLC.
