The owners of a Greenwich furniture store have bought a three-story office building in Fairfield for $5.2 million, according to the town clerk’s office and state records.
KLO High Ridge LLC, which is controlled by Gregory and Pamela Frisoli, of Greenwich, purchased the 24,924-square-foot building, at 1 Eliot Place, on Monday.
“The building is 100% leased and the plan is to continue operating it as an office building,” Greg Frisoli told the Hartford Business Journal.
The seller is RWTR 1 Eliot LLC, which is controlled by Daniel Mann, of New York. He bought the building in 2018 for $5.08 million.
The building, which was built in 1985, was appraised at $4.97 million and assessed at $3.48 million in 2023. It hosts numerous small professional service firms, including law practices and insurance agencies.
The Frisolis own Travore Home Design, a furniture store in Greenwich. In June, they sold a one-story, 17,598-square-foot building, at 907 High Ridge Road, in Stamford, for $5.58 million, where they owned The Collective furniture store.
Pamela Frisoli announced in May that they plan to open a new Travore Home and Garden in a 5,820-square-foot retail space at 533-541 Pacific St., in Stamford.
“We will have an announcement on that soon,” Greg Frisoli said.
