Greenwich radio broadcaster Townsquare Media has launched a new upstate New York radio format at 105.7 FM, replacing the “The Buzz” with “Crush FM,” The Albany Times-Union reports.
The Buzz was WBZZ and played a hot contemporary format. Crush is WQSH and is playing an eclectic mix of music mostly from the 1990s.
Townsquare, with local offices in Colonie, N.Y., and owns four Capital Region stations, including ratings powerhouse WGNA (107.7 FM) and ESPN radio outlet WTMM (104.5Â FM).
