A Connecticut designer-installer of commercial and residential solar-power systems has opened its headquarters in the Landmark Square office-retail complex in downtown Middletown.
Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC’s office at 10 Main St., site of the former Middletown Press building, puts it in the heart of its New England market, said President Michael Silvestrini.
Greenskies’ real estate affiliate, Centerplan Companies, developed Landmark Square, an office-retail building that also houses a Rite Aid World Center.
The year-old company designs, finances, installs, and maintains photo-voltaic solar systems throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.Â
Among its solar installation projects are Assumption College in Worcester, Mass.; Astro Logistics LLC in Springfield; and Sika Corp. in Canton, Mass. Â
