Access Health CT, the state’s insurance exchange created under the Affordable Care Act, is among the best in the country so far, according to a Massachusetts firm tracking the rollout of so-called Obamacare.
While most states made Decision Resources Group’s “delinquent list,” Connecticut, Kentucky, Washington and Arkansas were among those on the “honor roll.”
Those states “stuck to basic functionality and sailed through October,” DRG said in the report released Wednesday.
DRG ranks exchanges by metrics such as competition, enrollment, readiness and innovation. The company increased the Connecticut’s exchange’s overall grade to an ‘A-‘, up from a ‘B+’ in September
An insurance website called HealthPocket praised Access Health CT in October for its user friendliness.
