Randall B. Gonzales has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Manchester-based Lydall Inc., which manufactures specialty engineered products for the thermal/acoustical and filtration/separation markets. Gonzales joins Lydall from his position as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Progress Rail Services Corp., a global supplier of railroad and transit system products and services and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc.
