James A. Goniea has joined the New Haven firm Wiggin and Dana. He will be based in Philadelphia.
Goniea will serve as a partner in Wiggin and Dana’s franchise and distribution practice group. Prior to his new position, Goniea was the vice president and general counsel of American Driveline System, Inc. and its AAMCO and Cottman brands. He was also responsible for managing ADS customer relations and consumer affairs departments. With the franchise and distribution practice group, Goniea will represent prominent industry leaders.
