GOLF PROCEEDS BENEFIT LUNG ASSOCIATION

Officials of Pilgrim Furniture have presented the American Lung Association with a check for $32,000 representing the proceeds from the Pilgrim Furniture City Open Classic golf tournament in August. The tournament at the Lake of Isles Golf Club in North Stonington was the most successful to date and plans are underway for next year’s tournament which will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, once again at Lake of Isles. Pilgrim Furniture City is a family run business with locations in Manchester, Milford and Southington.
