Illinois insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it has acquired Windsor’s L&R Benefits LLC.
Robert Lindberg and William Lindberg, managing principals of L&R, as well as their team of approximately a dozen employees, will continue to work in Windsor under the direction of Gallagher, which is publicly traded.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
