The old Grange Hall property in Glastonbury has been sold for the second time in two years.
The 5,200-square-foot property at 43 Naubuc Ave., sold earlier this month for $350,000, land records show.
The buyer was Glastonbury Theater LLC, which is controlled by DJV Real Estate LLC, state records show. DJV Real Estate is controlled by Karen Thorne, records show.
The seller was Mile Eve LLC, which is controlled by Paul Misciagno, who originally bought the property in Oct. 2019, for $250,000, records show.
