Glastonbury’s American Integrity Restoration merging with Denver company

Glastonbury-based American Integrity Restoration is merging with a Denver-based national property restoration company, according to an announcement.

BluSky Restoration Contractors — a full-service national restoration, renovation, environmental and roofing provider for properties damaged by water, fire, storms and other disasters — said the combined company will have a national footprint with 42 offices in 19 states.

American Integrity Restoration was founded in Glastonbury in 2005 and now has branches in Bridgeport and Rhode Island. Co-owner and president Greg Anapol will serve as vice president of the merged firm’s Hartford-area office, and company founder and co-owner Steve Weir will join the BluSky business development team.

BluSky CEO Drew Bisping will continue in that role at the merged firm. The merged companies will continue to do business as BluSky Restoration Contractors.
