Kevin Colletti, president of Glastonbury e-commerce software and services provider Solidify Inc., has added CEO to his title, the company announced.
Colletti succeeds Del Merenda, who retired as CEO as of Jan. 1, but remains as chairman. Merenda has led the business for 20 years.
Merenda hired Colletti in Sept. 2013 as chief marketing officer, promoting him to president in April last year.
Colletti previously worked for Cronin and Co., ZAG Interactive, and ING Financial Services.
