Glastonbury retail property sells for $6M

A Glastonbury retail building, whose tenants include Bin 228 Gastropub and other small merchants, has sold for $6 million, according to CoStar.

The 46,220-square-foot retail center at 63 Hebron Ave. sold in December to GPF-63 HEBRON AVENUE LLC, which is controlled by Brian Navarro.

The seller was Glastonbury-based Grove Property Fund LLC.

The property sits on 1.5 acres, was built in 1986 and renovated in 2005. The strip center includes 92 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
