A Glastonbury office building anchored by Glastonbury Physical Therapy has sold for $4.3 million, town records show.
The 24,000-square-foot building at 701 Hebron Ave. sold in April.
The buyer was MIHEL I LLC.
The seller was Seven Zero One Hebron Avenue Associates.

The office building was built in 1990, sits on 2.62 acres and has 50 parking spaces, according to CoStar.
