A 6,100-square-foot office building in Glastonbury recently sold for $1 million.
The property at 969 Hebron Ave., changed hands Aug. 18 when Addison Village LLC sold it to 969 LLC for $1,050,000, according to town records.
The principal of Addison Village is Charles Cusson of Glastonbury. Records indicate his entity bought the property in 2004 for $448,000.
The purchaser, 969 LLC, bought it as an investment. The principals of 969 LLC are Javon Overstreet of Windsor and Zachary Herrick of Glastonbury, state records indicate.
The property was on the market for almost a year. The initial asking price was $1.2 million.
It was built in 1989 and has multiple tenants.
