Waldemar Realty LLC paid $3.4 million for a 25,537-square-foot office building at 100 Western Blvd. in Glastonbury to house its offices.
Carl Foster LLC sold the property on 2.35 acres.
Waldemar Realty will occupy a third of the building.
Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in the deal.

Marlborough sale
Marlborough Properties LLC paid $560,000 for an 8,000-square-foot office building at 344 North Main St. in Marlborough.
The seller was Warfield Ridge LLC, which remains a tenant.
The buyer will occupy most of the vacant space in the building.
Sentry Commercial represented Marlborough Properties. Century 21 Commercial represented Warfield Ridge.

Laird Plastics’ move
Laird Plastics signed a five-year lease for 18,130 square feet of industrial space at 135 Freshwater Blvd. in Enfield.
The 30-year-old building had been vacant for the past three years. It was bought by its current owner in August 2009 from an Arizona receiver.
Konover Commercial Corp. is the property manager and leasing agent for the Enfield property
Laird’s new space consolidates operations it previously had in Bloomfield and in the Massachusetts area, authorities said. The move was completed in June.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Laird Plastics is a multi-national supplier of plastic materials used in aerospace, medical, graphic, and other industries.
The property is owned by SKT Freshwater LLC, a partnership of The Simon Konover Co. in West Hartford and Troiano Properties of Culpeper, Va.

Builder’s Wallingford space
FJC Construction, LLC leased 3,000 square feet of office, shop, and showroom space at 801 North Main St. Extension in Wallingford.
FJC specializes in new construction, remodeling, additions, kitchens, windows, baths, decks, and fences. It also focuses on green building.
The Geenty Group, Realtors represented the tenant and landlord, the Verna Family Insurance Trust.

Faxon buys new home
Faxon Engineering has purchased a Bloomfield building at 17 Britton Drive in preparation for moving its operations from West Hartford.
The distributor of hoses, fittings, hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication components paid seller Barton LLC $480,000 for its future home.

A bevy of Middletown commercial leases have been signed.
At 100 Plaza Middlesex downtown, TEC Inc. leased 2,229 square feet.
The tenant, also known as The Environmental Company, is from Charlottesville, Va. Tom Ford of Midfield Corp. represented the landlord.
Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, represented the tenant.
At Middletown Business Park, an office-light industrial complex near I-91 and Country Club Road:

Landlord RAMO LLC owns the corner parking lot and the mixed-use building that includes offices, apartments and Luce.

Roofing distributor SRS Acquisition Corp. has leased 31,482 square feet at 90 Murphy Road in Hartford.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.Â
