A roughly 40,000-square-foot light industrial building on a 3-acre Glastonbury property recently sold for $2.7 million.
Realty Management of Glastonbury LLC sold 730-734 Hebron Ave. to BCJ Properties LLC through a warranty deed logged by the town on Feb. 8.
Stephen Harrington, of Marco Island, Florida, is principal of the seller. The buyer’s principals are Joanne Bullock and Clinton Barnes, who share a Fairfield address, according to state business records.
The light industrial building is of prefabricated metal construction and was erected in 1970, according to assessing records.
Nicholas Morizio, president of the Hartford and New Haven offices of Colliers, brokered the property for the seller. Morizio said the buyers intend to use the building for a roofing business.
