An industrial building in Glastonbury recently sold for $1.2 million, town records show.
Letteroak LLC, whose principals are Peter Callan of Norwich and Aidan Callan of Glastonbury, bought the 24,618-square-foot building at 256 Oakwood Drive from LMH Holdings LLC, whose principal is Linda Harrington of Glastonbury.
The sale includes 2.64 acres of land.
The building is zoned for light industrial use.

The building was on the market for 333 days and its initial asking price was $1.35 million.
LMH Holdings acquired the property for $1.03 million in July 2013.
