Glastonbury-based Total Team Solutions, which provides human resources services for small- and medium-sized businesses in New York and Connecticut, will be acquired by a national firm.
CongruityHR, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, will acquire the Glastonbury business, which was founded in 1988.

Total Team Solutions is a professional employer organization (PEO) that provides payroll, employee benefits and human resource services.
CongruityHR also provides human resource outsourcing, including compliance, tax administration, workers’ compensation and safety services. It operates through a PEO and administrative services organization (ASO) model.
CongruityHR is owned by the private equity firm RFE Investment Partners.
