Glastonbury civil engineer Purcell Associates Inc. is being absorbed into one of America’s largest engineering-environmental services firms out of Chicago.
Alfred Benesch & Co. is acquiring Purcell for undisclosed terms.
Purcell’s Glastonbury and Boston offices will become part of Benesch’s mid-Atlantic region.
The combined firm has over 475 employees with offices in in a dozen states.
