Glastonbury-based USI Consulting Group, a national retirement-benefits brokerage firm, has acquired Hooker & Holcombe, a Bloomfield company that provides retirement services.
USI Consulting Group announced the acquisition on Monday.
Hooker & Holcombe was founded in 1956 and provides actuarial, investment advisory and retirement plan consulting services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
USI Consulting Group President and CEO Bill Tremko said the acquisition will strengthen USI’s retirement consulting expertise throughout the country.
