Peter M. Gioia and Denise Robidoux have joined Goman+York Property Advisors LLC, an East Hartford real estate advisory firm as managing director, economic and policy research; and engagement manager, respectively.
Gioia has managed research, business surveys, and policy conferences for the Connecticut Business & Industry Association for several decades. In his new position, he will work to enhance the firm’s forecasting and comprehensive analysis on a wide range of matters related to economic development and public policy.
Robidoux, a former small business owner, has significant experience in fields including commercial real estate, shopping center and retail store management and nonprofit development.
