Heidi Gil has been hired as the new Senior Director of Quality and Innovation of Central Connecticut Senior Health Services. The Southington nonprofit is part of Hartford Healthcare and provides a continuum of care for senior citizens throughout the central CT area.
Gil’s most recent position was as the senior director of continuum of care with Planetree, an international organization and patient-centered philosophy dedicated to transformational change. Gil has over 22 years of experience in continuing care operations and cultural transformation, successfully improving financial, clinical, and operational performance.
