Glastonbury’s Gemma Power Systems said it will build a 475-megawatt natural gas power plant in Ohio, under a contract with a new customer.
Gemma is providing engineering, procurement and construction services for the Middletown, Ohio plant under a contract with an affiliate of NTE Energy.
The Middletown Energy Center has a $300 million contract value, the company said. It will take approximately three years to build.
Gemma is owned by Argan Inc., a publicly traded company headquartered in Maryland.
