KardasLarson, a human resources consulting firm in Glastonbury, hired Melissa Gallaway as a consultant.
In her new position, Gallaway will work with clients on salary structures, FLSA compliance, total rewards integration and more. She previously worked as an independent consultant for clients in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
