FUNDRAISER TARGETS AMOS BULL HOUSE

David Panagore, chief operating officer of the City of Hartford, celebrates at Connecticut Landmarks’ End of Summer Garden Party with Sheryl Hack, executive director of the landmarks group, at the historic Butler McCook House & Garden in downtown Hartford.

The event marked the 75th anniversary of Connecticut Landmarks, the largest state-wide heritage museum organization in Connecticut. The group is raising funds to preserve, renovate and reuse the Amos Bull House and the adjacent Butler-McCook Carriage House. Built in 1788, the Amos Bull House is the oldest remaining brick building in Hartford.
