Danbury-based FuellCell Energy said its losses for the quarter ended April 30 deepened by 51 percent, thanks to flat revenue and higher expenses.
The company reported a second-quarter net loss of $16.2 million, or 56 cents per share, compared to a loss of $10.7 million, or 44 cent, in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue was flat at $28.6 million.
FuelCell said its revenue backlog has grown over the year from $312.2 million to $410.7 million.
