Danbury energy device maker FuelCell Energy netted $29.4 million in a public offering of 25.3 million shares of stock, according to a regulatory filing.
The company offered the stock Thursday at a price of $1.25 per share.
FuelCell plans to use the money for project development, project finance, working capital support, and general corporate purposes.
