Frontier Communications Corp. has promoted John Lass to executive vice president of field operations. In his new position, Lass is responsible for Frontier‘s operations in 28 states, including network operations, and carrier and wholesale operations.
Most recently, Lass was based in Fort Wayne, Ind., as president of Frontier’s Central Region. His tenure with Frontier includes a variety of operating roles and leading integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as vice president of revenue assurance and as regional operations vice president and general manager of Citizens Utilities Vermont Electric Division.
