Frontier Communications Corp. recently announced the appointment of Gabriela “Gaby” Zabalúa as vice president of multicultural marketing. Zabalúa, based at Frontier’s corporate headquarters in Norwalk, is responsible for implementing a comprehensive, culturally appropriate, marketing and engagement strategy across multicultural markets.
She founded Viva Bilingual Communications LLC, where she developed communications strategies and bilingual content to engage multicultural audiences for clients, including the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services and Communications Strategy Resources Inc.
