Norwalk-based Frontier Communications on Tuesday selected a new executive to be called chief people officer, responsible for the integration of employees from the company’s acquisitions.
Kathleen Weslock will serve as CPO and executive vice president starting July 13. She will oversee all aspects of human resources and labor relations. She will help Frontier integrate 11,000 new employees as it acquires Verizon’s wireline assets in California, Florida and Texas.
Frontier bought AT&T’s wireline assets in Connecticut last year.
