Stamford’s Frontier Communications, which hopes to acquire AT&T’s Connecticut wireline and triple-play business this year, said it has appointed a Connecticut operations leader.
Paul Quick, who will be senior vice president and general manager of Connecticut operations, most recently led Frontier’s Pennsylvania business.
If state and federal officials sign off on the $2 billion deal, Connecticut will be the largest of its 28 operating states, Frontier said.
Quick, who will be based at Frontier’s Connecticut headquarters in Hartford, will oversee field operations and residential and commercial sales.
