Jim Freund has been named vice president of business development at Medical Web Technologies in Willington. In this role, Freund will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the surgery center and surgical hospital space.
Medical Web Technologies is the developer of the internet-based pre-admission solution One Medical Passport.
Prior to joining One Medical Passport, Freund spent 25 years in the ambulatory surgery center market, most of it as a principal with leading software management firms including the founding of Source Medical. He has been named to the annual Who’s Who in the ASC industry, as one of Becker’s “People to Know”, and has been a frequent conference speaker and contributor to numerous industry publications.
