Milford-based Carlson Road Limited Partnership sold the property at 62 Carlson Rd., Orange, to ABF Freight System, Inc.
The buyer is a short- and long-haul transportation service company headquartered in Fort Smith, Ark. The company provides shipment and logistics services throughout North America.
According to town records, the buildings were constructed in 1960. The property is in a light industrial zone. The warranty deed was filed June 13.
