Robert Francolini has rejoined Simsbury Bank as vice president, managing director of residential construction lending.
Francolini had retired from Simsbury Bank in 2009.
Francolini has had over 40 years’ experience in housing development and residential construction financing. Most recently he had worked with Simsbury Bank from 2004 to 2009 as vice president, commercial/construction lender. Before that, he had been vice president, residential development at New Alliance, Savings Bank of Manchester and Society for Savings.
He will be based at The Simsbury Bank Granby branch.
