Foxwoods said it’s working with an Irish company to launch a simulated gaming website and app that will allow it to send promotional offers to free-money players.
Foxwoods has partnered with GameAccount Network plc to build the virtual casino.
The app remains a marketing tool for now. It’s illegal under federal law to offer real-money online wagering, but Foxwoods officials said at a trade show in September that it was readying a platform in case Congress changes its mind.
Its virtual online casino will offer more than 50 casino games from GameAccount’s library, including table games and slots.
