Foxwoods Resort Casino says its slot revenue and the amount bettors wagered both fell in July.
The casino, operated by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, on Wednesday posted slot revenue of $42.8 million, down almost 5 percent vs. the $45 million netted in July 2017.
The amount slot bettors wagered in July, known as the “handle,” also fell to $534.4 million, representing a 6.7 percent decrease from the $572.5 million wagered in the year-ago period.
