Foxwoods Resort Casino has extended its supply chain partnership with Provista, which has helped the casino achieve “significant” savings in its food and beverage operations, the companies said.
Terms of the deal with Irving, Tex.-based Provista were not disclosed.
Provista has worked with Foxwoods to streamline the number of manufacturers, distributors and suppliers providing food, supplies and beverages to the casino, and customized contracts to meet its unique local product needs, said Jim Cunniff, Provista CEO.
“The relationship has driven significant cost savings by leveraging our collective spend while also insulating Foxwoods from product shortages and market price increases,” said Felix Rappaport, Foxwoods CEO.
