Former Las Vegas gambling executive Todd Greenberg has joined Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprises as its senior vice president to help run its flagship Foxwoods Resort Casino.
Greenberg will recommend, develop and administer the resort’s gaming operations and will assist in the formulation of overall casino strategies.
“Todd Greenberg brings a great deal of operational experience to Foxwoods. Todd is a team player who will be instrumental in affecting the operational turnaround of Foxwoods and help us maintain our commitment to excellence,” said Scott Butera, president of Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprises, in a statement.
Greenberg, who has 14 years of experience in the casino industry, was most recently senior vice president of operations and chief strategy officer at Tropicana Entertainment in Las Vegas. He also held positions with Ameristar Casinos, Wynn Resorts and Mirage Resorts, all in Las Vegas.
