Four real estate agents join Wareck D’Ostilio

Wareck D’Ostilio Real Estate, which has five offices in the New Haven area, recently hired four new realtors.

Richard P. Ballou, a Southbury resident, previously worked for a national commercial broker, Marcus and Millichap, in Los Angeles. He was named “Salesperson of the Month” twice within his first year as he listed $20 million worth of properties within his first seven months.

Robert Potter has previously worked in the restaurant industry, and he owned and operated several establishments, including Prime 16 in Orange. Potter, a Milford resident, is an experienced commercial real estate investor. His goal is to build relationships with investors and match them with properties.

Laura Hart, a Woodbridge resident, is a high school math teacher with a passion for real estate sales. She will work from the firm’s Woodbridge office at the Red Barn on Amity Road.

Amir Glenn of New Haven has been specializing in multi-families and rehab homes since 2017. The areas he covers are New Haven, Woodbridge, Hamden, West Haven, Cheshire, North Haven, Bridgeport and Stratford.

Frank D’Ostilio Jr., partner with the firm, said it has been able to maintain a strong position through the combined efforts of all of its agents.

“It is also what is nurturing our continued growth,” D’Ostilio said. “Our upward movement, expansion into other markets and high presence is why Ricky, Bob, Laura and Amir joined our team.”

The firm has offices in New Haven, Milford, Woodbridge, Branford and Old Saybrook.
