Blake Street Center Associates LLC sold the property in October to the school.

According to Steve Miller, principal and broker with the real estate firm Levey Miller Maretz in Woodbridge, the school has been a tenant in the building, but always wanted to own it. The school will occupy the entire building, he said.

Miller was the sole broker in the deal. The building has 70,000 square feet of space and is on a 4.35-acre parcel. The site had at one time been home to a manufacturer, Geometric Tool. Blake Street Center Associates bought the property in 1995 and subsequently renovated it so it would be suitable for use as a school.
